I purchased the MPC Studio as a portable device just in case I am traveling or simply as an all around controller. I never had the chance of doing that since I got laid off and my concern is paying the bills. It is in new condition, less than 3 used. I loaded the software on my Mac and PC and really never explored it. It was kind of dark and I was not paying much attention I scratched the back with the USB cable, not a deep scratched something that is not too noticeable unless you are looking at the back directly near the Midi Interface ports or hole. The true is you need the software that comes with the device and they are provided to you. The reason why is that once you loaded the main software it will ask you to authenticate, once you fill out the forms as requested with the Provided USB cable not pictured. You will be permitted to use the device.I will advise that you load all the disks, the program disk and all the other disks. The reason why, once all the software are loaded it will ask you to update it, please do so, all of them. The Studio comes with a huge library, then the other two expension disks will ad more capability to it. I don’t know where the soft cover is, I looked for it, so that will not be sent with the device. You will receive:3 Disks, the Main software that has the driver and and the main program, The BANK that has a huge sounds library, sequences and others, The 809 MPC Expansion.2 MIDI interface adaptors (pictured) that goes in the back if you want to control or trigger the Studio with a midi keyboard.A manual, other updated manual could be downloaded from the Akai professional web site.Original box, USB CablePoster as seeing in the backHappy Bidding! Item will be sent by USPS priority mail win insurance. As you can see I am not telling you disks does not matter, I provided them to you and all that comes with it originally, just the soft pouch is missing I think I will never find it. That much is non-essential anyway since the studio could be fitted into a laptop bag. NO overseas as usual, I don’t like dealing with customs.
